How to Set Up the MUSA Hero Siege Bot

Setting up the MUSA Hero Siege bot takes about ten minutes. This guide walks through the whole process — installing it correctly, activating your license, matching your in-game settings, dialing in the configuration, and starting your first run. Because MUSA is a pixel bot, a few settings need to line up, and this guide covers exactly what to do.

Before you begin

  • The download link, setup screenshots and support all live in the MUSA Discord server.
  • Your license key is delivered automatically after purchase and binds to the PC you first activate it on.
  • MUSA reads the screen, so your in-game settings must match the provided screenshots.

Step 1 — Install it in its own folder

Download MUSA from the link in the Discord server, then place MUSA.exe in its own permanent folder — a new folder on your desktop works well. Don't leave the executable loose among other files: it writes log files to the same location every time it runs, and a dedicated folder keeps those logs tidy and easy to find if you ever need support.

Step 2 — Launch and activate your key

Open MUSA for the first time and enter the same email you used for your purchase. Your key binds automatically to that PC — there's nothing else to paste in. If you switch computers later, just message support on Discord and your key will be reset so you can activate it on the new machine.

Step 3 — Match your in-game settings

Before starting, open Hero Siege and match your in-game settings to the setup screenshots available to customers in the Discord server. This step matters: MUSA works by reading pixels, so if your settings differ from the reference screenshots, detection can break. It only takes a minute and it's the single biggest thing that prevents problems later.

Step 4 — Configure the bot

Open the config menu and set the bot up for your character:

  • Skills — select the skills your build uses (LeftClick, RightClick, Q, R, and so on).
  • Mobility Skill — turn this on if you want the bot to use a teleport or dash ability to cross obstacles instead of jumping over them. The mobility ability must be bound to E.
  • Map number — set which map you're farming. The number is how many Right presses past the safezone waypoint it is (1 = one press, 2 = two presses, and so on).
  • Item Pickup & Mining — leave both on unless you specifically want them off. Mining lets the bot collect ore as it farms (see our ore mining guide).
  • Reset timer — choose how much idle time should pass before the bot resets.

For the smoothest clears, pair the bot with a strong setup from our best Hero Siege farming builds guide.

Step 5 — Save and start

Press Save, then Start Bot. You'll have a 5-second window to Alt+Tab back into Hero Siege before the bot begins — use it to make sure you're in the game and ready.

Step 6 — Stop safely and troubleshoot

Press 0 at any time to stop the bot safely. If something isn't working, grab logs/last_hs_log.log from the MUSA folder and send it to support on Discord. In practice, the vast majority of issues come down to in-game settings not matching the screenshots — so if in doubt, recheck Step 3 first.
