Your log file
Press Win + R, paste
%LOCALAPPDATA%\HeroSiegeBot\logsand press Enter. Attach the newest log from that folder. It shows exactly what the bot saw and did. -

What happened
Which map, what the bot was doing, and whether it closed, froze or just stood still. Those point to different problems.

Common fixes
Try these first
Windows says "Windows protected your PC"
That is Windows SmartScreen. MUSA is not code signed yet, so it shows up the first time you run it. Click More info, then Run anyway. If you are not sure the file is ours, ask in the Discord before running it.
MUSA says it cannot update
It is probably installed in Program Files, where it does not have permission to replace itself. Move the whole MUSA folder to Desktop or Documents and start it again.
I cannot log in
Use the exact email you paid with. Your license works on one PC, so if you logged in somewhere else first, message us on Discord and we will reset it.
It got stuck or stopped in the middle of a map
Hold F9 for a moment to stop it safely, then send us your log and a short description of what it was doing. Stuck spots get fixed faster when we can see the log from that exact run.
Melee build runs badly
Turn off dodging in the COMBAT tab. With it off, MUSA walks straight into enemies instead of stepping around attacks and ground effects.
I got a new PC
Message us on Discord with your purchase email and we will reset your license so you can log in on the new machine.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Message us on Discord or email [email protected] from your purchase email. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
