How to get the Soulforged Ring in Hero Siege
Book of Soulforge pages from act bosses, then souls, then the ring. What each step involves and why the ring is worth the grind.
The Soulforged Ring is a Heroic ring you earn through a questline, not a drop. You collect Book of Soulforge pages from act bosses, then gather souls, and the ring is your reward. Guides disagree on some details, and Panic Art has adjusted the quest over the seasons, so this page sticks to what the sources agree on and flags the rest.

Step 1: Book of Soulforge pages
The pages drop from act bosses, and each boss gives a specific page. Herosiegewiki.com's Season 10 page lists six bosses: Gurag, Reaper, Anubis, Damien, King Karp and Satan, with pages 11 to 16 found in Room 4 of each boss's dungeon. A Season 9 guide describes a shorter chain where Örre sends you after Gurag, King Karp and Satan once you have beaten Mevius. Either way, page drops are random, and one guide suggests expecting up to ten kills per boss.
The bosses are the same act bosses you kill to progress, so collect pages as you go. Our difficulty guide covers the progression.
Step 2: souls
Recent guides add a soul step after the pages: 500 Soul Essences from normal enemies and 40 Warrior Souls from bone piles, which one guide places in the Camp of Souls in Act 8. This step does not appear in every source, so check your quest log once the pages are done.
What the ring gives
The official Hero Siege wiki lists it as an SS tier Heroic ring with level requirement 1, giving:
- +1 to all skills
- 8 percent faster cast rate and attack speed
- +15 to all attributes
- 8 percent more life and mana
- 8 percent to all resistances
- 4 percent more experience
Player build snapshots from Season 10 show higher numbers and a socket, so the values have likely changed since the wiki was last edited. Check the ring in game for the current roll.
Is it worth it?
For most builds, yes. The ring covers several stats at once, including experience gain, which makes it a strong pick while you level and a solid option later. The act bosses you farm for pages also drop loot you can sell, as our gold farming guide explains.
