Hero Siege Season 10 Ebontharn: what's new
Act 9, Nightmare to Inferno, Abyssal Chests, three new Uber bosses and four free classes. The headline changes and what the patches since launch fixed.
Hero Siege Season 10, Ebontharn, launched on 21 August 2026. It added Act 9, replaced the old Hell tiers with a four step difficulty ladder, introduced Abyssal Chests and three new Uber bosses, and made four former DLC classes free. Patches up to 7.0.13 on 16 September have mostly fixed bugs and raised drop rates. Here is what changed.
The short version
- Season 10 launched on 21 August 2026 with Act 9, Ebontharn, and made Act 8 free.
- Difficulties are now Normal, Nightmare, Hell and Inferno. Nightmare is roughly the old Hell 1, Hell roughly the old Hell 4.5.
- Marauder, Plague Doctor, Shield Lancer and Jötunn are now free.
- No Season 11 date has been announced. Recent seasons started three to seven months apart.
What Ebontharn added
- Act 9, Ebontharn, which opens after Odin and ends with Cthulhu.

Panic Art has not announced a date. Recent seasons started on 6 June 2025, 12 September 2025, 3 April 2026 and 21 August 2026, three to seven months apart, which points to late 2026 or early 2027. arpgseasons.com gives an unofficial window of late November 2026 to mid February 2027.
